Job Summary:
The Practice Operations & Staff Training Lead ensures the operational readiness of newly integrated practices by standardizing workflows, optimizing patient flow, and training staff across all front- and back-office functions. This role provides hands-on support to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and systems during go-live and post-integration phases.

The Practice Operations & Staff Training Lead ensures the operational readiness of newly integrated practices by standardizing workflows, optimizing patient flow, and training staff across all front- and back-office functions. This role provides hands-on support to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and systems during go-live and post-integration phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and document existing operational workflows at each site.
- Standardize processes across patient intake, scheduling, billing, and support services.
- Deliver hands-on training sessions, mock clinics, and ongoing coaching to practice teams.
- Provide elbow-to-elbow onsite support during go-live and immediate post-launch.
- Monitor staff adoption rates, identify barriers, and deliver structured feedback to leadership.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and RCM leads to ensure cohesive operational implementation.
- Support performance measurement and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required.
- 7+ years of healthcare operations experience, including multi-site management or practice administration.
- Proven success leading training and operational standardization in medical settings.
- Proficiency with major EHR systems and practice management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to travel to practice sites and support go-live activities in person.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to evolving priorities.
