Job Summary:
The Integration Program Manager drives the execution of the organization’s integration roadmap, managing all milestones, workstreams, and KPIs across clinical, operational, and financial domains. This role ensures that every site achieves operational readiness within the first 100 days post-acquisition and transitions smoothly into ongoing performance monitoring.

The Integration Program Manager drives the execution of the organization’s integration roadmap, managing all milestones, workstreams, and KPIs across clinical, operational, and financial domains. This role ensures that every site achieves operational readiness within the first 100 days post-acquisition and transitions smoothly into ongoing performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage execution of the 100-day integration plan, tracking 71+ critical tasks across multiple functions.
- Coordinate dependencies, manage risks, and escalate barriers to leadership.
- Develop and maintain integration dashboards and KPI scorecards.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, stakeholder updates, and Steering Committee reporting.
- Ensure accountability and collaboration across Clinical, Operations, IT, and RCM teams.
- Transition into post-go-live performance tracking, maintaining visibility on key metrics.
- Support continuous improvement of the integration playbook and documentation.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; PMP certification preferred.
- 7+ years of project or program management experience in healthcare operations or MSO environments.
- Strong background in clinical workflows, RCM, and operational process design.
- Proficiency in dashboarding, reporting, and KPI tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet).
- Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional healthcare initiatives.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
