Job Duties:
- Teach and support students in various subjects, including math, in a preschool through 5th grade education setting.
- Create and implement lesson plans, using a variety of educational materials and approaches.
- Use behavior management techniques to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students, including those with special needs.
- Lead students in various activities, such as group projects, games, and field trips.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure a smooth transition in the classroom.
- Provide childcare and educational services to students in a private school setting.
- Use tutoring and educational resources to support students' learning needs.
- Utilize communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with students in a private school or preschool setting.
- Experience in behavior management and classroom management.
- Knowledge of educational curriculum and standards.
- Experience with tutoring and educational resources.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing classroom situations and student needs.
- Passion for education and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
